Recruiting Manager (m/f/d)
Responsibilities
In this role you will collaborate very closely with the recruiting team and support them with their European wide recruiting activities on holding and portfolio level. You will be responsible for specific recruiting projects across the entire recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, selection of potential candidates, all the way through to offer stage.
Your key responsibilities:

provide advice and guidance to recruiting managers and work in partnership with them to define exciting job descriptions that bring top talent to Aurelius

design and implement an appropriate and most efficient recruiting strategy

find new ways to attract top talent and streamline the recruiting process
-
active sourcing (market mapping, research, direct approach etc.)

schedule interviews and conduct first stage interviews with candidates
-
review and shortlist CVs, present and win suitable candidates for the company

continuously build up, develop and maintain our talent pool
Qualifications required
-
successfully completed university degree, preferably with a focus on business or human resources management

min. 3 yrs. of relevant working experience in recruiting/talent acquisition, especially active sourcing

background in a consultancy or similar is of advantage

familiarity with applicant tracking and candidate management systems
-
quick comprehension, high motivation and commitment

structured and independent working method, excellent organizational skills
-
able to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks in parallel

result-oriented personality, highly developed sense of responsibility and strong team work

fluent in Dutch and English, further language skills welcome

excellent MS-office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word)
