AURELIUS Growth Investments’ portfolio company Ringbeck acquires Klaus Hildebrandt AG

Grünwald, Hamburg, 21 December 2022 - Ringbeck, a portfolio company of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG ("AURELIUS Growth Investments"), has acquired Klaus Hildebrandt AG (Berlin). Klaus Hildebrandt is a provider of high-quality services within the gardening and landscaping sector, specialising in complex green roofing installations. The company has sites in Hamburg and Berlin, ensuring the acquisition will further expand the Ringbeck-Group’s presence in northern and eastern Germany. The management of Klaus Hildebrandt will continue to be carried out by Sebastian Hildebrandt, Marco De Santis and Stephan Hainz. All three managing directors retain a minority stake in Klaus Hildebrandt AG as part of the transaction. The transaction represents Ringbeck’s fifth add-on acquisition in under two years, underlining AURELIUS Growth Investments’ strategy of actively expanding portfolio companies through the targeted acquisition of market participants.
