Munich, May 4, 2023 – connexta GmbH (connexta), a portfolio company of AURELIUS Growth Investments has acquired esko-systems GmbH & Co. KG (esko). The acquisition of esko is connexta's seventh purchase, reinforcing the strength of AURELIUS Growth Investments’ buy-and-build approach.

esko-systems GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 2017. The company, which has 40 employees, is based in Kötz (Bavaria). esko specialises in providing IT security support to medium-sized and large companies. The range of services includes setting up secure IT networks, checking and securing existing corporate networks, and managed services.

“esko complements connexta with a comprehensive range of services in the field of high-end IT security. In addition, the acquisition strengthens our market position in southern Germany.
