AURELIUS Growth Investments acquires a stake in DF-ING Kanaltechnik GmbH

Grünwald, Karlstein am Main, July 8, 2022 – AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG („AURELIUS Growth Investments“) has acquired a majority stake in Kanaltechnik DF-ING GmbH ("DF-ING"), a service provider in the field of sewer rehabilitation. DF-ING's service portfolio includes the inspection and cleaning as well as the renovation and repair of sewer systems. The company uses a variety of procedures, including specialized robotic systems and equipment, which enable an efficient and precise renovation of a wide range of sewer damage.

DF-ING was founded in 2003 and employs approximately 70 people. In addition to its headquarters in Karlstein am Main (Bavaria), the company operates three further locations in Mandelbachtal-Bliesmengen (Saarland), Gerlingen (Baden-Württemberg) and Mügeln (Saxony). DF-ING has a strong market position due to its broad range of services and operates nationwide.
