London, 24 March 2020 – The Transform Hospital Group Limited, an AURELIUS Equity Opportunities (ISIN DE000A0JK2A8) portfolio company, has signed an arrangement with the National Health Service (NHS) making its 3 nationwide hospitals and 23 clinics available for the UK’s fight against Covid-19.

These facilities, staffed by c. 100 healthcare professionals, will not only treat patients infected with Covid-19, but also assist with urgent surgeries and treatments. The Transform Hospital group will be reimbursed at cost and will thus not profit from its arrangement with the NHS.
