AURELIUS subsidiaries Getronics UK and Getronics BeLux are both in top 5 for End User Services in Whitelane Research 2016 Outsourcing Survey
London, June 2016 – Getronics UK has recently announced its number one ranking for end-user services in the Whitelane Research UK Outsourcing Survey 2016, coming fourth overall – the only European provider to make the top five – beating Computacenter, Capgemini and Atos.
Getronics continues to perform well in end-user services, holding the top spot for the second year running, also ranking seventh for data center and managed infrastructure services against industry heavyweights.
The study, produced in conjunction with PA Consulting, questioned 250 participants from the top IT spending organisations in the UK, evaluating over 800 of the largest IT outsourcing contracts. The study is considered to be one of the most representative and reliable reports on the outsourcing market.
In total, 27 IT Service Providers were included, with each participant required to have at least eight client evaluations to qualify for inclusion.
Whitelane Research published earlier this year the results of their 2016 BeLux IT Outsourcing study where Getronics BeLux moved up to 5th place in the overall rankings with a general satisfaction rate of 79% and scored above average in the categories of Service Delivery Quality, Proactivity, Innovation, Trust, Pricing, Contractual Flexibility, Change Management and Business Value. The study produced in collaboration with Vlerick Business School reviewed more than 500 outsourcing contracts held by 190 top IT spending companies in the BeLux region and reported on the satisfaction of these organisations with their outsourcing service providers. The 18 GBeLux customers who participated in the survey are all satisfied.
