OPERATING PARTNER / MANAGING DIRECTOR
Directly after the acquisition of a new investment by AURELIUS, you will assume overall responsibility for the restructuring as well as the management and of the company on site. Your main task will be to work out a comprehensive value enhancement concept together with the existing management, possibly also as CEO in the portfolio company, and to implement this concept consistently. During your assignment in the subsidiary, you will have the opportunity to accompany the restructuring from the analysis to the final implementation and will be committed to the competitiveness, profitability and sustainable increase of the company value. In this role, you will be given the opportunity to participate significantly in "your" company in line with the entrepreneurial task and thus benefit directly from the success of your work.
As COO/CFO, you will assume the role of Chief Financial Officer / Chief Operating Officer as part of the on-site management team in a portfolio company of the AURELIUS Group and in this position, in addition to overall responsibility for the commercial area, you will contribute to the overall increase in value of the company. This is an opportunity for a talented professional with a high affinity for numbers to develop in this high visibility leadership position in an exciting growth story. You will report directly to the shareholder.
As MANAGER OPERATIONS you will be responsible for the turnaround and restructuring of the company after the acquisition of a new investment by AURELIUS in the portfolio company. Together with the management on site, you will develop a comprehensive turnaround and restructuring concept and implement it over a period of approximately 9-12 months. During your assignment in our subsidiaries you will have the opportunity to accompany projects from analysis to final implementation. You will be committed to competitiveness, profitability and the sustainable increase of the company value. In perspective, we offer you the management of a portfolio company after the successful implementation of your own projects.
AURELIUS TASK FORCE
The AURELIUS TASK FORCE is a highly effective and experienced team of consultants consisting of functional experts who contribute to increasing the value of our portfolio companies through efficient hands-on project and change management in the areas of purchasing, production/logistics, sales/marketing and IT/digitization/e-commerce. Our portfolio companies benefit from the task force's involvement in due diligence, implementation of the 100-day plan through to the pre-exit phase.
