To further strengthen our ESG team, we are looking for you at our London location as soon as possible as an

ESG / Sustainability (Associate) Manager (m/f/d)


  • Develop sustainability strategies and implementation plans for portfolio companies of AURELIUS and support them throughout their individual ESG journeys 
  • Support portfolio companies in the implementation of sustainable supply chain approaches and climate change strategies
  • Create ESG reporting systems and collect ESG data (especially for UK and EU legislations) in collaboration with portfolio companies
  • Be responsible for AURELIUS reporting obligations and support further internal ESG tasks concerning the integration of ESG along the investment cycle (e.g. ESG Due Diligence) 
  • Be part of the growing ESG team and manage ESG projects independently with various internal stakeholders


  • Successfully completed master’s degree in business administration or a comparable subject
  • (First) professional experience in management consultancy or auditing companies in the field of sustainability
  • Knowledge of relevant sustainability standards and legislations (especially ESOS, SECR, other ESG UK legislations)
  • Experience in setting up sustainability strategies and management systems, implementing ESG reporting systems, sustainable supply chain concepts and/or climate change strategies is an advantage
  • Relevant experience in project management with team members from different backgrounds 
  • Very good MS Office skills
  • Fluent in English, basic knowledge in German is an advantage
  • Willingness to travel to portfolio companies
