Asset Manager (m/f/d) Focus on residential and commercial properties

Your area of activity

  • Proactive asset management in all relevant usage types, including the responsible cultivation of tenant relationships and the development and implementation of asset strategies, repositioning, leases, etc.

  • Preparation and controlling of business plans and budgets on the property and portfolio level; monitoring and management of property performance

  • Monitoring of the proper posting of transactions (interface to property accounting and property management)

  • Support in investment recommendations, support of transactions and due diligence processes

  • Conduct of contract negotiations (especially leases and service agreements, etc.)

  • Coordination and controlling of external service providers such as property managers

  • Independent coordination of the in-house functions of Legal, Taxes and Accounting

  • Research of relevant market and location analysis reports

  • Assurance of the complete documentation of our properties

  • Handling of special projects

Your Profile

  • College degree (business administration, engineering, legal) or completed vocational training program related to real estate management and additional qualifications

  • Practical professional experience in commercial asset management and experience in dealing with construction challenges

  • Analytical abilities, strategic and conceptual thinking

  • Independent and structured work style and ability to set priorities

  • Flexibility and creativity in finding solutions and strong negotiating skills

  • Positive aura, friendliness, communication ability and strong service orientation

  • Fluent English language skills required, fluent German language skills desirable

  • Teamwork ability, strong contact and communication skills and hands-on mentality

  • Mastery of MS Office Suite applications
