Acquisition as part of a buy and build strategy

Grünwald, Gütersloh, June 24, 2022 – Ringbeck GmbH (“Ringbeck” or “Ringbeck-Group”), a portfolio company of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG (“AURELIUS Growth Investments”), has acquired Roehse & Fischer GmbH & Co KG (“Roehse & Fischer”). Similar to Ringbeck, Roehse & Fischer offers high-quality gardening and landscaping services. With its headquarters in Gütersloh, Roehse & Fischer complements Ringbeck’s existing locations in Oelde, Langenfeld, Bonn, Mülheim an der Ruhr and Nordenham. Following the investment in Ringbeck in February 2021, Roehse & Fischer represents Ringbeck’s third add-on acquisition in just 16 months and underlines AURELIUS Growth Investments’ investment strategy of actively expanding portfolio companies through acquisitions of market participants.

Roehse & Fischer was founded in 1909 and employs around 35 qualified staff. The company has its headquarters in Gütersloh (North Rhine-Westphalia) and mainly serves commercial, public and private customers.
