On March 31, 2022, connexta GmbH (“connexta”), a portfolio company of AURELIUS Wachstumskapital SE & Co. KG (AURELIUS Growth Investments), acquired Anduras AG (“Anduras”) via its subsidiary IF-Tech AG (“IF-Tech”). Anduras focuses on planning, implementing, and maintaining network technology, including security solutions. The acquisition of Anduras, as the fifth add-on to connexta, is in line with AURELIUS Growth Investments’ strategy of actively expanding its portfolio companies through strategic acquisitions of other market participants.

Nico Vitense, Managing Partner at AURELIUS Growth Investments, said of the transaction: “Anduras is an established specialized firm in the network security sector. With its service portfolio, the company fits very well with connexta.
